Hey, Thanks for letting me know about the DSJ Skynyrd Family BBQ Gathering. I'd love to bring my entire band down to this, but I'm not sure I could afford to fire up the RV & get them all down there. We might have a show in Peoria on that Saturday. And, (personally)I would love to get my whole band down there on Friday or maybe Sunday if posible and play ya a little Skynyrd hat weekend (if we can scape the gas money together). I gotta talk to the guys to see if all of them would be willing to head a little farther south that weekend before or after the Peoria Show. It sounds like a lot of fun. Could you use a Skynyrd Tribute Band that weekend?... Got enough electricity? Are the guys from Freebird or any other Skynyrd Tribute Bands going to be there that weekend? Let me know. www.thenuthinfancyband.comDREW - andyharris@qconline.com 309-235-5962 Moline, Illinois

Just read all the messages on the DSJ Shindig. Looks like Bruce already has The Band for the DSJ Bar-B-Q Gathering. I would still like to talk my guys into coming down to this for Sunday (& play ya a little). If they don't need to get back home to Moline & Springfield the next day after our Saturday Peoria Show, I'd love to detour down there and play for ya, if that would be okay. It all depends what they will want to do. But, if I (or we) can make it down there, I'll let ya know Bruce. We play (& I sing) every Skynyrd Song on The "One More From The Road" Album (and then some)... Mostly pre-77 Skynyrd. Man, I wanna get down there in June. Hope I can talk the rest of the guys in my band into coming down there this June. Sorry I missed last year. I really want to get down there & meet everyone. I will definately try my best to talk my band into traveling down to the DSJ Bar-B-Q. We'll be playing in Peoria that Saturday. So, hopefully you'll all still be there on Sunday. Not sure how far we'll have to drive from Peoria to get there. But, I definately want to be there. Thanks again for the mass e-mail that reminded me of this cool event. Hopefully it'll keep getting bigger every year. I'll get to one sooner or later. That's fer sure. It just seems like my band is always playing on the weekends that the DSJ Gathering is happening. Sorry. Glad to be back online with ya'll. DREW - andyharris@qconline.com NUTHIN' FANCY Skynyrd Tribute Band - thenuthinfancyband.com

OK, ya'all... Last year Scott, Tony, Bobby, WoodJam did a wonderful job ... This year,,, we have a full sound system, some lights, etc. I have arranged for a full band to play Saturday and jamming will be with them. In other words, you want to get up and play there will be a full band backing you up. Want it to be a more structured show is all. Soooooo,,,, that being said,,, So I can put together set lists, etc for the band,,, Everyone who plans or wants to Jam please Email or PM me songs you want to jam and/or know. Also, let me know what gear you will be bringing etc. so I can plan accordingly. I know lot's of ya are musicans This way we can put together a full Southern Rock Jam Experience for both the musicians and the folks who just want to sit back and relax. This also keeps it so we don't hear the same songs over and over, and/or everyone standing around trying to decided what to play, etc.

This is going to be great. I hope everyone can show up that wants to come. What a time we can have. Trust me, meeting the folks I got to meet last yr. Made my trip worth every penny I spent and this yr Randy will be there.
