they won't be able to make it. I remember Queenie saying that if her mother was okay they would definitely be there but the last I heard she can't make it. Prayers go out to Queenie's and G's mom and of course to them 2 girls also. Maybe we can git them in on the October Jam

I've only heard from Scott and he sent me a mile long lsit of what he knows alot non-soutern but he adapts to anything. I do too.

Janet and Jane, I am sure we can work something out Well, I have only seen the set list for Gary's guys, and I know what songs George will probably do (Fire on The Mountain, Can't You See, and a couple of non-tucker songs). The rest is up to ya'all. I figured other than the 1 or two I was doing with George, I would probably just do a couple like Johnny B. Goode some simple blues shuffle or something with whoever is up and playing when I gets the feeling ;D. I will mostly be playing host and making sure things keep running. As for the weather I am really scared about that. It is supposed to be sunny,,, But we are having Thunderstorms as we speak. I am worried about getting 100 or so folks, equipment out there and Bad weather rolling in. Anyone have a BIG tent or canopy??? Jam/Stage area is about 22'x20' But not covered Denise and I figure if by some chance the weather turns bad,,, we will scramble to get the gear in, and us guys will all grab the pool table move it out of the way, move all the funiture to the walls and we will have enough room inside to jam, and hang out. If it is inside we wont need a full PA, and I have a small 4 channel one that will be OK just for vocals. But, like I said it is supposed to be sunny and warm... |

Tell me about it.... I spent a ton of money for this year, just 400.00 on the stage... What is worse,,,, we were in a drought, no rain in weeks none in sight, I finish "assembling" the stage 9:30PM last Sunday (figured I could seal and paint it this Saturday), Monday it Rained...... Then it was supposed to be clear thru this weekend, and now I am sitting here watch it pour  |
