I LOVE it, the Style, the Music and the Video. If you have not seen this Video yet go to Jimmies site now, click on Media and then click on Video. Its a diffrent style Jimmie Van Zant on this Video but I LOVE IT!!!!!!! Whoever was involved in the production of the music and Video you definitely hit the Game Winning Home Run.
I don't know if it was my commuter or what but the Audio Clips on the Media Page werse not working, or maybe that werse just the track listing on his new album

Ifin he plays a couple new sonks that means he takes a couple old Skynyrd sonks out of his set WAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I unnerstand as any artist wants to promote his new music Looking forward to seeing Jimmie Van Zant Band in June I`ve been longing for Jimmie to play his own material at a show now for years !! I always shout out a title or two when I`m at a show !! I hope it was me that inspired him to do so LOL!!! I listened to the new samples and they are superb, I love the addition of the banjo I think it sounds great with electric guitars I just exude southern pride when i here banjos in todays modern country music and sr COME ON JIMMIE PLAY ANGEL IN THE NIGHT !!! or THE FARM SONG!!!! |

Both sites look really cool, Bruce. His new stuff is great; good job on the Styx cover and I like his Sopranos song too with the Jacksonville / Van Zant reference. Very cool! It's all good, would definitely buy the CD. You Hootys are lucky, would love to see him in concert. I've seen him do the Skynyrd stuff but would really like to see him perform as himself and doing his own music. I like them!! lol I love that pic of him with the shotgun.. remind's me of my family ;D Reminds you of your family!! ;D You're a trip Missy.....you know that?! I LOL for real on that one! |

I gettin excited. It was just announced last Thursday, that Jimmie will be playin here in August for our water carnival. Right here in my hometown.can't wait to see the show. and just had to share it with everyone, too.
