The outlaws are starting there tour schedule 2/22 in AC. Huey will be sorely missed. I don't think that David Dix is coming back. Henry Paul will be there.
I don't believe that Outlaw World has come up with their actual schedule yet.

I have just learned that The Outlaws will be touring again starting on 2/22/08 in Atlantic City @ House of Blues.

The band had stopped playing ever since the tragic death of its leader Hughie Thomasson from a heart attack last September in their home state of Florida.
The pending lineup is Henry Paul, Monte Yoho, Chris Anderson, Randy Threet and Billy Crain. No info on status of David Dix.
