Nikki, lady you're somethin' girl! The article you wrote for the Feb. 1 issue of SF is superb! Chock full of great cajun recipes, great humor,great detail and great facts and fiction about "Nawlins" (New Orleans to folks that ain't from there.) I've been thinking since day one of the mag. that you should be writing for it. Your gift for gab and awesome sense of timing and delivery is something to behold. You lil girl are something special! Everybody that hasn't read the piece, well you're missing something rather historic I believe...The national exposure of a great mind!

Being a Southern magazine, it need's Southern writer's. Only a Southerner has the passion and soul to give meaning to what they write regarding the South--something the former editor did NOT have.
GF, you just might be on your way to greatness ;D... lol don't forget us little Southern folk when you do!
