I thought I owed ya'all an explaination on why I have been MIA lately.. It has been a rough 2 weeks....
As some of you know I have been having some health issues, and been spending a lot of time at the Dr.s ... I will keep you posted when I know something concrete, ran A LOT of tests today and I aint feeling too well right now but that is life. I was laid off a little over a week ago so things are pretty gloomy round the house right now. I have also been just over whelmed with website work,,, but you all can get first glimpse at them (some are still under construction, so ignore any missing stuff or flaws):

well what I do alot is get my computer close enough to my bed and just lay there and do my work this has helped me alot to be able to get the job done without alot of strain on my back and neck and legs and saves alot of energy too...... but not that I want you to work right now bro...just when you start back when you feel better.... I think a massage would be good for you and good hot bath if you haven't done it yet..... get well.... love ya bro
