We will be gittin into Miami on Wednesday a day before the boat sets sail. They have a Pre Skynyrd Cruise party on Wednesday nite at the Hotel we are staying at. Thursday we set sail for a four day cruise with plenty of music concerts on board headed by Lynyrd Skynyrd and the Marshall Tucker Band. There will be other festivities on board such as Open Mic night, a Talent Contest and a Guitar Hero contest, also a Skynyrd Accoustic Concert. Ifin ya'll would like to know more about it check out the official Skynyrd site for more details. I am quite sure we will have a picture and a story or two to tell when we git back. Really started to get EXCITED and PUMPED up about this whole schmiel as the hour gits closer. Try not to have too much fun while the Hootys are away and we will be talking about Down South Jukin while on board to anyone who will listen

Wonder how the cruise is going. Anybody hear from the Hootys? Hey ya'll Laurie called thursday and left a message and said they were on the boat and were going to pull out soon.and she would call again.They saw Aunt Jane and friends.I checked out the simpleman message board and looks like the party boat has started.Said Rickey and Sparky were in the casino till wee hourd in the morning.Sure wish we all could be on that boat. She called again today and i wasn't home again so she left a message and said they were having a great time and meeting alot of people.i tried calling her back but didn't get her  Oh well maybe next time. |
