BTW......... Sorry to change the subject, but have y'all heard that VCR's will NOT be made any longer?? I heard this, from a friend who (like me) has been collectin' VCR tapes for a very long time. (I have hundreds.) Anyway, I hope my old VCR holds out for a long time if it's true. (And yes, I have a DVD player) but I was just wonderin' what good these old tapes will be, if the VCR becomes obsolete. Not much huh?

Queenie, You can transfer your vhs to dvd. You just have to buy a dvd recorder. It's time consuming but it can be done.... though the quality is about the same as your vcr tape.
