Thanks Teri. You know unless you know the history that picture means nothing to some folks. The date was the first thing I noticed when I saw it.

Teri, Thanks so much for that! It sent chills up my spine when I saw that date, 2 days before that fateful day that changed my life forever! I have been to many shows at that Lakeland Civic Center as I live only 20 minutes away from it. I pretty sure I remember way back in the mid-70's seeing an interview with Ronnie and he was asked what song would best describe him if he had to choose one? I am pretty sure he said "Whiskey Rock & Roller" After 10/20/1977 I had a black t-shirt made up with Ronnie's pic on the famous stage photo on the front and "Whiskey Rock & Roller printed on the back. It was my favorite shirt for so many years!

Hey Scott, nice to hear from ya. Yeah, that picture makes me really sad to look at. I think that song probably fit Ronnie pretty well. Cool story about the t-shirt, too. Hope all is well with you these days. Come back and visit more often!
