This is one of the strangest things I think I've ever heard re: a computer. This is part of an email I got from my sister tonight: ......"Like you need to have more computer stuff to figure out, but I can't fix something and I thought you'd know. In the box that comes up when you go to print something, whether it's a regular document, email or something on the internet, there's a button called "preferences." When you click on it you get another box that's got like 4 or 5 tabs. Well this whole box, inside all the tabs and everything, is printed all in friggin' Spanish! I have looked in control panel....appearances, help and every where I can think of to get this changed back to English but can't figure it out. Have any ideas? Obviously this isn't a big priority but it's buggin' me. A setting may be in this preference box but I can't read it to know!! A lot of good those 3 years of Spanish in high school did me." Pretty weird.....any comments? I told her to click on the factory default settings to see what happens. Kind of strange the Spanish thing is just in the printer AND that it just happened out of the blue. I looked in printer settings too. Didn't see anything about language in there either. Maybe it's some kind of Mexican virus.
