We seen our BELOVED Skynyrd last nite and they were AWESOME as usual. We also got to team up with our friends from Long Island Sally and Joe so we are having a blast. Tonight is round two of Skynyrd at the Westbury Music Fair on Long Island. Mrs Hooty's health is holding up really well this time. There will be more updates later and maybe even a picture or two

Dale really touched me when she told me how proud of me for losing my 63 lbs. We were actually sharing fitness stories there.
That is my friend Sally standing there with Dale and I. She actually lost 36 lbs.
