Gator Alley blew the doors off the Little Fox Theatre last night. They played to a sold out crowd. It don't get any better than this. And if I have to say what is the best show you have ever seen The Gator Alley Band do, it would be this one. The energy coming from the band and the stage was beyond this world. I can not pick out one persons performance at they all were at their best. The excitement that flowed thru the crowd was radiant. Not one person was sitting still. The cheers and yelling for the band sent chills down my spine. I was honored to be a part of this and will continue for as long as I can.
Here is a pic of the loadin and out area. I don't know why I took it. I just did.
We had a dressing room stalked and it felt amazing in itself to have that. A place where the band could sit and shot the breeze, have a drink, relax with each other.
While taking pics up front. Robin had the ladies melting with his movements while singing. And it is this move right here that caused several ladies to go absolutely nuts.
Yes Robin, you almost caused a riot with the ladies. Nice job my friend. Here is another pic that says it all.
The only thing missing on this smiley is the guitar. Cutty you look so in to the night with this shot. To say the least this was your moment.
The night went on and when I stepped outside, there were people standing outside dancing. They couldn't get in but hung out just to hear the music. I took these folks pic. They wanted so badly to get in.
And also here are a couple shots of the signs out front
As always the opened with "Working For MCA" and with the first note the crowd went nuts. The set list was as follows
WORKIN FOR MCA
I AIN'T THE ONE
SATURDAY NIGHT SPECIAL
WHATS YOUR NAME
WHISKEY ROCK-A-ROLLER
NEEDLE & THE Sthingy
GIMME BACK MY BULLETS
TRAVELIN MAN
SIMPLE MAN
TUESDAYS GONE
GIMME THREE STEPS
CALLE ME THE BREEZE
SWEET HOME ALABAMA
THAT SMELL
FREEBIRD
The Gator Alley Band will go down in the record books as far as I am concerned for this performance. I know that they are always at their best but this night shines above the rest so far. If you ever get the chance to see them perform, I highly recommend you do. Way to go. You all stole my heart and I love you all. Here are some pics.
