Who was that on lead vocals? Great Job. I am believing that that was Scott on lead guitar. Jo Jo on back up Bruce on rhythm Joe on keys. . I did hear a flute too! Was I right? I am missing the bass and drums. You all did Georgie proud Thanks for sharing that video Bruce

Chris, brother I got a few pics you'll like better than ALL these great shots you have!!!! Ya'll should have seen his face when Jo Jo snuck up behind him and shared the mic with him!! AWESOME!!! Yeah she did!!! Jody you hit the nail on the head!!! I had already resigned that there wouldnt be enough time for me to jam so I was very grateful that a 5/6 song slot came up to play. We were somewhere in the song "coming home" I think when JoJo snuck up and joined in. She sounded awesome! I absolutely adore JoJo and everything she stands for, where she's been and where she's going so it was such a total honor to stand beside her let alone perform a skynyrd song together onstage. I'm still digesting what has taken place! I can hardly gather my thoughts to make this post.- It was one of the high points in my life no doubt. My only regret was that I wish I had actually met her in person. Every time I ventured to meet her and Aunt Jane there was always a crowd keeping them totally busy, Then JoJo appears onstage from out of nowhere and joins in... Unbelievable.... Aw! I wish I had done the song better justice because I fumbled the lyrics esp towards the end (thanks Scott for helping me along with some of them when you could, I owe you one bro..) Of all the songs Ive been brushing up on, I cant find my CD with comin home on it and the last time I heard it was last DSJ jam when we did it then. Ok I'm rambling again... Got alot more to post about what a blast we had with everybody but until then... It was great meeting and seeing everyone!!! We had a great trip and looking forward to next year! |

I have one thing to say. You all did great and I loved every minute of it. If you fumbled thru anything woodjam, I missed it. But dude, Jody is right. The look on your face when she walked on stage was priceless and you are certainly well deserved to have stood on that stage with her and she with you. Your a great musician and a damn fine friend woodjam. I loved seeing you and marcie. You two are the best. I asked Marcie to send me some copies of the pics of you up there with jojo. My camera gave out with the batteries and I would love the one she had someone take of her and I. You got one fine lady there woodjam. i love her. And Randy had a blast and is still talking about you all. He will definately be there next yr. He already said. WE ARE TAKING $50.00 A PAY CHECK AND PUTTING ASIDE FOR NEXT YR.. I'm in heaven.

Everybody's pictures turned out great. I haven't been able to look at mine yet but I'll post some when I get back home. I'm still in Ohio until next week. We both had a GREAT time. You guys are just awesome.....all of you.  Best party I've ever been to. Thanks again Bruce and Denise!!!!! Laurie......Can't wait to hear the story that goes along with yours!!  Very cool!! |
