for those of you who were there last year, my friend Patti (Ed King's ex) and her clan of girlfriends along with Tracy and her hubby (she sang at the party year before last) will be there friday night and stay thru saturday. She said they will be there and miss most of WBB but probably leave to catch the end of their show. They are a blast of fun

Hooty's, Missy, and Sandy I will let ya know when the cam is up for testing (should be tonight or tomorrow).  Could everyone give me flight info, planned arrivals, flight info, where ya plan on staying, departure, If you plan on being there Friday/sat morn to help set up, Sunday for tear down. etc. Just so if we need help, we have a way to co-ordinate. Bobby, you had a tent cover last year, can you bring it? I have one too. But, I am thinking we will want as much ability for folks to get out of sun as possible, cover mixing boards, etc. Everyone that can bring stuff like lawn chairs, tents, or things you think might be helpful please let me know as well. Boyyyyyy oh Boyyyyyy I am getting excited... Also, Teri and some folks were wanting to stay Monday and catch some Nashville Scene stuff. Anyone else interested in this let me know and I will see if I can arrange some special stuff down town. |

hey Bobby, let me know what your doing friday cuz we have planned to stay thursday night in dickson to hang with you and jen. but if you all wanna run up to bruces on friday to help we can do that. we'll just check in our hotel in lebanon on the way. We don't get in untill 830pm thurs. So I'm not sure how late you wanna stay up or if you just want us to go to the hotel and call you and meet up friday. Than we all can head bruce's direction. Let me know

Well Bro, we already have a room booked that night in dickson at the same place I was at last year. Like I said, we would like to spend some time with you and Jen, and her parents,(in case they don't come). Than on friday we can come to your house early and maybe go eat breakfast. Then we can head to Bruces when ever your ready. Just let me know what time you wanna go help bruce out. Randy and I can stop at hotel In lebanon going that way and check in. Thank and love ya

OK folks, good news on the home front. Looks like Jade & I will be there! We're gonna do our best to join ya for the hoot~in~anny!
We'll be driving out from AZ and heading to Indiana afterwards to see my folks for the first time in about 8 years. Should be a memorable week for me. My first vacation in over 8 years!
The boss is pissed, but oh well.

I'll try to bring that tent thingy. Glad Mike & Jade are coming. You too Sandy. Susan, if ya'll get in at 8:30 w/ delays, rental car,travel, etc that will put ya'll in Dickson very late and I want to get an early start to Carthage. It's an hour and a half drive. In hind sight maybe ya'll should have left the airport and went east on to Lebanon and we could have met you at that hotel and you could follow us to Carthage but oh well. Just makes me glad you are going out of the way just to see lil ole me. Appreciate that alot. Hey all, another thing but don't hold your breath. I am working real hard to get Artimus to our party. He is in town that weekend. I'll know more today and let ya'll know. Bruce, Need a little favor from JoJo if she'd agree. Kind of a surprise. I'll get with you off here. About the PA thing. MAybe I can call Gary today and check with him. It will all work out somehow.
