The Hooty's are gonna try something new so bear with us. Maybe every Saturday I will ask what is your Favorite song by a certain group. This weeks group is the Marshall Tucker Band and I will kick it off by saying Can't You See is my favorite song by them. Everything about that song GRABS ME. Now you gotta pay attention because on any given Saturday we might just ask you to name the last song you listened to. Or we just might ask you to name the last concert you went to . We will simply call this The Hooty's Question of the Week. Hope ya'll like it

Marshall Tucker is a really hard one for me,, So many great ones, of course very partial to George's songs (Fire on The Mountain, Silverado, Last of the singing cowboys, Love you that way, Jesus Never Has No MotorCycle, Guitar Playing Man, etc.) Then it is a tie of 24 Hours at a time, Can't You See, and so on.

Since I have to choose and can't just say they all tie, I'll go with Fire on the mountain as well, even more now that George has flown.  |

Yeah, that's a tough one for me too. I'm pretty partial to Can't You See, I've always loved that song. Love Fire On The Mountain, too. But.....since the BBQ every time I hear both of those songs, especially Can't You See, it takes me right there with all of you guys and I'll never hear it any other way again. It's a good thing, even though it was a sad time for all of us. I think what happened made us all a little closer......just what I think, don't know about anyone else.
