Thanks Missy. You were really tall as a little girl. You must have been riding in a parade right. What state did you live in then? I only walked in a parade as a girl scout. What kind of Horse is that?

I was alway's big for my age, which has come back to haunt me as I'm gettin older lol.. This parade was in Joplin Missouri.. the rodeo parade. We bounced back and forth when we were kid's between our Grammaw's in Joplin, and home in Little Rock Arkansas, so I guess you could say I lived both places almost simultaniously for year's.
That mare is a Quarter Horse. Alot of people get confused regarding palomino's. Palomino is a color, not a breed. Some think they're actually a breed, which they're not. Just a little horse color 101 ;D
Here I am at 13 in another parade in Carthage Missouri.. not in funny clothes there lol... I'm on the bay

Ya sho got that right PB!
Thank you Chris. I didn't write "I Ride", but it fit's me and a million other "horsey" women verbatum. Every single word in there is absolutely true, for me substitute mare in place of gelding.
The author is unknown, and is a tribute to all the women like myself who's live's are depicted in it. The author is for sure one of 'us', and we all do exactly that, we ride.
