Just regular ole pop-ups? You should have a setting to block those. Look under TOOLS up there on your browser and point at Pop-Up Blocker and activate it. If you're talking about something else, then I'm not sure.

and I BELIEVE I fixed it I went back to my default page as my home page but it didn't have an address bar THANK GOD. So I put GooGoo as my home page and WHAM about 6 diffrent pages popped up instantly. Somebody must have did a number on GooGoo today because that never happened afore. Thanks for trying to helip Miss Teri but the problem ran a little deeper than an up pop blocker

Monday & Tuesday it would just start down loading things taht we didn't touch. All the sudden there was about 10 applications opened at once. The only way I could stop it was to stop it with the Kill switch.

search out "spybot search and destroy" in your search engine and down load it, it`s 100% free. i`ve used it for several years and it`s great. you can usually find it on download.com. be sure and run the updates after you install it. it sounds you have a bunch of spyware on your computer that you have picked up somewhere on the net. also, watch out for pop ups that look like a window on your computer telling you that you need to to a virus scan. it is NOT from your computer and as soon as you hit the scan button stuff starts downloading and usually it will contain a virus............SACOTT
